What type of work have you done outside of your private practice?

I’ve worked as Facebook’s onsite Dietitian and provided workplace wellness services to companies like Salesforce, Wayfair, McKinsey and Microsoft. I now also work at a longevity clinic co-founded by Dr. Peter Attia which focuses on preventive wellness and chronic disease prevention.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes, simply show proof of your engagement in this program. If it's not a perfect fit for you, you can receive a refund within 30 days of purchasing.
Is this a diet?
It's not - it's a lifestyle. We don't focus on counting or restricting calories - simply because this statistically won't set you up to be a confident, savvy eater in the long term. This does however provide you with plenty of tactical nutritional strategies, eating habit and behavioral support and personalization. We make sure you feel more than confident in being able to master your health far beyond our time together.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
For cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the session fee. However, if the cancellation is due to an emergency, I’m very forgiving in those situations.
