I’ve worked as Facebook’s onsite Dietitian and provided workplace wellness services to companies like Salesforce, Wayfair, McKinsey and Microsoft. I now also work at a longevity clinic co-founded by Dr. Peter Attia which focuses on preventive wellness and chronic disease prevention.

While we will focus on effective nutritional strategies to make healthy eating easier for you, this is not a diet plan (ie. eating at a calorie deficit, feeling hungry all the time).
